Based on Banana Bread IV by Teri Lynn:
1 cup melted salted butter
2 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup walnuts
Briefly whisk eggs, then mash in the bananas. Add sugar, melted butter and vanilla extract and combine. In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix the flour and baking soda. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until and blend. Add walnuts, then pour batter into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, around an hour and fifteen minutes. Serve with warm with butter.
