Today Aer Lingus unveiled their new livery with a special event in Hanger 6. The aircraft in the hanger for the event was A330 EI-EDY.
Almost simultaneously A320 EI-CVA departed Shannon where it had been painted and headed initially for the Aran Islands off the Irish west coast.
It spent just over an hour there at just below 1000 ft doing air to air shots.
Following this it headed to Dublin where it landed at 15.03 .. thus giving the honour to the oldest A320 in the Aer Lingus fleet as being the first A320 to land at Dublin in the new colour scheme.
