Shark Taco

Bread and bake the shark (425°F / 15min). On a warm tortilla, add shredded cabbage and carrot. Add 2 pieces shark meat. Add a bit more cabbage and carrot, then lightly top with tangy sauce.
Tangy Sauce (for 2): mix and chill 3T mayo, 2t milk, 2t rice (or preferred) vinegar, 1/8t Old Bay Seasoning
