Red Goat Chili w/Scratch Cornbread

Chile Colorado con Cabra y Pan De Maize was 'The Saturday Special' from 2/22/14. That's "Red Goat Chile with Cornbread" to you and me, Russ. Ty from up the way at Windy Hill Farm dropped off a few pounds of deep burgundy colored Goat stew meat; we browned & smoker-braised it overnight in a luscious liquid made of a host of ingredients including dried chiles and Mezcal. Once the meat was finger-tear-apart tender, we served it up in bowls accompanied by hunks of scratch cornbread to sop up them juices. Live Oak Barbecue East Side Austin Texas
