Guilin Rice Noodle | 桂林米粉

Guilin rice noodle (or Guilin Mi Fen) is served with simmered super-thin beef. The long beans are pickled, peanuts (or soy bean in my case) fried. The sauce is the most important part and since we can't get the very traditional specially-made one here in the UK so the best option is to buy the LEE KUM KEE Chinese marinade (李锦记卤水汁) in any big Chinese supermarkets (like See Woo). Then get a bunch of spring onions and garlics, chop chop chop. Put them into the rice noodle when ready and EAT!
