    Agree with Val Ann's comment about the moon. Those were great signs, especially when they advertised the hamburger price as 15 cents and boasted of "millions sold" instead of billions.

    love old signs - there used to be one just like this at the mcdonald's in somers point, nj, if memory serves.

    This sign was formerly at a McDonald's about a mile down the road. When that restaurant closed and this one was built, they moved the sign.

    I had no idea any of these old-style McD's signs still existed! I distinctly remember going to the McDonalds in Hackensack as a child back before it was "modernized/updated" -- it had no seating area; it was for take out only. And it had this same style sign.
