Wooden Doors off the "Temple of Isis", Kenchreae, Isthmia Museum, July 2011
Preserved by the anoxic waters of the harbour of Kenchreae after the earthquake of 375AD which sunk the harbour town, these doors provided access to the so called Temple of Isis. They are the largest of the wooden finds in the museum of Isthmia.
