Dry Stack Sauvignon Blanc
The bomb. I love love love this wine, I could just breathe it in all night long. Heavy ruby red grapefruit/guava on the nose, a bit floral. Palate has a pleasant sweetness balanced with nice acidity, the grapefruit holds on through a long finish, a bit oily/unctuous in a good way. Spectacular stuff.
