A Wagler's Pit Viper eating (Tropidolaemus wagleri)

The Wagler's Pit Viper is highly venomous, even to humans. The frog seen here is completely paralysed and unable to struggle or escape.

The Wagler's Pit Viper is also known as Temple Vipers since they are often displayed in plenty of Chinese temples. Of course, those there have already been defanged and drugged, thus not dangerous.
