You shove this 2cm ball between your butt. You have to hold it for 10 minute while doing whatever you are doing. In 1 week, you will lose abt 4cm in waist. So now I'm trying to see the result. I will get a measument tomorrow. kekekeke. But i also need another ball. This ping pong ball is 4cm!!!! I couldn't really hold it between my butt.
