Maratus watagansi
A species I found not far from Sydney and recently described together with David Hill. It is the only species of peacock spider in which the male does not raise the opisthosoma during the display. This may be an adaption to its environment, it lives in relatively dark rainforest where visual display may not be as effective as in better lit environments.
