Maratus plumosus
I discovered this species a couple of years ago in bushland around Sydney. This species is quite different from other species of Maratus. For example, the male usually only lifts one leg and expands one side of his abdominal fan which is furnished with some interesting plumes that resemble spinnerets. It also has an interesting irridescent blue area on the femur of his third pair of legs.
The species has been described in this paper peckhamia.com/peckhamia/PECKHAMIA_108.1.pdf
