Chicken wrapped in prosciutto.
Chicken wrapped in prosciutto. The prosciutto was layered with a mixture of mustard which has lemon zest, herbs, chilli, and finely chopped garlic. The chicken was pan sealed, wrapped in the prosciutto then baked in the oven. Lovely side dish. ((:
