I fired up the beef short ribs in my cast iron skillet. The ribs ended ripping off bits of the seasoning on the skillet. Ahhhhh...! But the resulting ribs are so delicious, I'll live with having to reseason my skillet.
Can you tell I'm not a huge fan of carrots by the tiny amount I put on the vegetable plate? Haha.
12 oz of beef short ribs, annihilated.
