After my starch-errific holiday week, I decided to make a feast of raw munchables tonight. Broccoli-Brazil nut mash with orange miso gravy. Spinach salad with taco nut meat (almonds, walnuts, cumin, coriander, olive oil). And crudites to mop up any of the goodness I didn't catch with my spoon. Pineapple slices (not pictured) for dessert. Yum.
