Raw Oreos
I am exceedingly clever. I just improvised a batch of raw Oreos using Ani Phyo's recipes for Carob Crunch Torte (minus the crunch) and the frosting for Carrot Cake with Kream Cheeze Frosting. It made 16 cookies. I've got them chilling in the fridge now, so I haven't actually tried one yet (just what I licked off the spoon). But still, this seems like a highly successful improvisation to me!
