  • No, unfortunately for structural reasons this piece can't protrude out half a unit like the other one next to it... I may try to come up with a better work around in the future.

Lego Mini Modular Pet Shop MOC

Newer Older

This is a little project I have been working on. I recently purchased the LEGO Mini Modulars (10230) set and really enjoyed it. However, it was missing the Pet Shop (10218) set so I wanted to design one.

Here is a render of my design.

I wonder how they will do the next mini modulars, if at all.

Very good! I know how difficult it is to build 4 wide Mini Modulars.

    Thanks for the comments everyone

Yes, I can see you also know my pain. 4 wide is tough! but It looks like we came up with similar solutions actually. I would love to compare designs for the internal structure.

Haha, wow. I literally just started to try and make this myself just 2 days ago. Eventually I hit a roadblock with the apartment half. I'd love to see how you managed to do the rear of the apartment, that's where I'm currently stuck.

    Very nice.
What program are you using for your renders? - they all look beautiful.

Just curious, but do you have a parts list for the mini Pet Shop? I'd love to try and put it together.

+1 on that last comment. I would love to see some more shots or perhaps even a part list, so I can extend my 10230 ;)

Same here. Just found your excellent mini modular and would love to an insight into how you did it - via a parts list. As soon as I got the mini modular set, I started to think about how to mini-size the only modular set we have.
