When I lived in the South East of England I used to walk to work every day. On my way there I used to pass this old, beat up, VW camper van that had a slogan on that stated "A bad day at the beach is still better than a good day at the office". With my wife busy creating one of her cake masterpieces I found myself with little to do on Saturday and with that slogan in mind, I headed to the beach that's closest to me on the North Wales coast.
Whilst I went more to have a play with different compositions of a subject I'm yet to get a shot I'm happy with, I figured I'd also just enjoy looking around. That's the great thing about photography that I sometimes forget when I'm in a bit of a rut. That the joy is really in being out and appreciating your surroundings.
This curve at Splash Point caught my eye. I quickly setup and with little cloud around added as many filters as I thought I could get away with to make the most of what movement there was.
