Mmmm.... Dinner
Growing up, my mom made a dish called Colorado Pie. Basically it's ground beef, onions, green beans and tomatoe sauce in a pie crust. These days I make it sometimes, but this time I didn't have a pie crust. I also had ground turkey instead of ground beef. I ended up with this concoction that was almost a soup/stew. It was good, though.
