    While pretty bad, I too have seen worse. No excuse for that though. Cable management FTW.

    There is panduit there(the plastic channels in the middle and on the sides). I would question the credentials of whoever setup these racks.

    Yeah, believe me ... as a classic ASP 3 programmer .... I've struggled through other people's code that's just as bad :-0
