Dinner was created Scrapheap style from fridge contents. Chicken thighs stuffed with a mix of mascarpone, garlic, pesto, minced capers, herbes de provence, black pepper, sea salt, and tarragon vinegar. Tied up with trusty string. Unnecessarily fussy but good eats.
