Top tier inside
I was brave and decided even though I had not cooked mudcakes before I was going to explore all the flavours. I was the only one who turned up to Naomis extended tier cake class (at the Vanilla Workshop, Greenwich) with a multiflavoured cake! Here is what the inside of the top tier looks like! Top cake, Caramel mud, and base two tiers chocolate mud using 60% Madagascan chocolate. All cakes turned out really nice and moist. The caramel one is by far my favourite, the flavour was not as sweet as I imagined, just a deep caramel flavour from the brown sugar....divine!
