Broccoli Slaw
Trader Joe's Organic Broccoli Slaw (with most of the carrots picked out by Ryan for me).
I used this dressing:
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 heaping tablespoon of granular Splenda
1 1/2 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
1/3 cup of oil
1/8 teaspoons of dry mustard
1/8 teaspoons of garlic powder
1/8 teaspoons of onion powder
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Dash of black pepper
