One of the simplest Greek comfort food dinners ever.
Take chicken. Put it in a pyrex baking dish. Peel and cut up 2 potatoes. Put a thin layer of water on the bottom of the dish. Cover everything with tiny pads of butter, lemon pepper and squeeze at least one lemon on top. Cover with foil and bake for at least an hour (or until potatoes are done) at 375.
