    Now, that was a surprise! She is apparently sitting in Tilbury until the weather improves and she can continue on her way to La Rochelle.

      The cars are imports. Either Kias or Hyundais. Both are EXTREMELY popular and there is a waiting list for them as a result of the scrappage scheme. Lots of British-built cars were scrapped to allow these cheap Korean cars to come in. I hope the Koreans are grateful...

      The weather must be awful because the QM1 has been sitting there waiting for it to improve for quite a few months. I smell a plan gone wrong.

      The Queen Mary used to be a floating restaurant on the Thames near Waterloo Bridge. I heard that she was going and now she is obviously on her way!
