Foggy Pacific

After a morning of hazy sunshine, the fog began to roll in through the Golden Gate. This photo was taken on the Lands End Trail in the Golden Gate National Park in San Francisco, There was not much wind and it was unseasonably warm. The waves were rolling in from the northwest, creating the huge swells that draw world-class surfers for the Mavericks competition down the coast a few miles.
