Cannoli!
Crispy, flaky fried pastry shell filled with creamy, light as air, rich as sin ricotta cheese. Topped with a dusting of powdered sugar and you have yourself a minute or two or decadence ahead of you.
I was not disappointed by Mike's Pastry. Then again, it's been forever since I've had a cannoli.
