Singaporean Food Diary: Satay
Had this bit of lovelyness at the DC readers meetup last night. Satay are skewers of grilled meat, beef chicken or lamb served with a peanut dipping sauce.
Similar to Yakitori in Japan, buy I think that the dipping makes all the difference. Yum!
