    Cows at the Penn Sate dairy barns are milked twice daily and provide more than 18,000 pounds of milk per day for the Penn State Creamery as well as other milk plants in Pennsylvania. Nadine and the staff of 11 full-time and 15 student employees begin the day early feeding, milking and monitoring the health of the cattle and newborn calves.
