A newly completed physical vapor deposition lab in Penn State's Millennium Science Complex on the University Park campus awaits staff and materials. Researchers will be moving into the state-of-the-art complex in September. The 297,000-square-foot building, designed by architect Rafael Vinoly, will be the home to Penn State's Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences and Materials Research Institute. Contractors are preparing the building for occupancy and a formal dedication for the Millennium Science Complex is planned for November.
