Shirred eggs experiment
Jeff's is on the right. It has some salsa in it. They both have a thick slice of cheddar, a thick slice of tomato, and some old 7-Grain bread (all we had besides hotdog buns).
These are miniature pie pans, the only ramekin-like thing we have. I started with one egg in each, but the eggs looked really lonely so I added a second one.
