Bagging up the grain
After it's boiled, the grain gets tossed, but apparently it is great to make bread with, so we asked if we could bag it up and they kindly obliged. It looks like a very hearty hot cereal. Jeff says it's basically Grape Nuts, which is not made with grapes (clearly) but with barley -- same as beer.
