Lacewing larva, Okaloacoochee Slough State Forest, Felda, Florida

Lacewing larvae are famous for decorating themselves. In Virginia where I live, most decorate with lichen, but this larva has decorated with both plant and animal material including the exoskeletal remains of dinner. I doubt if this is deliberate, but the shiny ant remains look like huge eyes.
