Cheese Plate with Sriracha
This is a small plate of cheese I had last night. It includes cabernet-soaked white cheddar ("Purple Moon" cheese, from California), and some Manchego, a common Spanish sheep's milk cheese. I favor sharp cheeses to mild ones. Oh, and couldn't help myself: a bottle of Thai Sriracha was sitting there, so I added a smiley. I put Sriracha on everything.
