Kale Kimchi Fried Rice

I followed Maangchi's recipe for making home made kimchi, only I used kale instead of napa cabbage which required some tweaking of the recipe to match the vegetable's toughness. With my left-over rice from the night before, I combined it with the kale kimchi to make kimchi fried rice. Delicious!
