Soondubu Jjigae

Made from Maangchi's recipe. Omitted the green chili pepper due to my sensitivity to spice and egg just cause i had none. The broth was a little fishy, so I'll try adding less anchovies next time. Fortunately, the tofu, beef and seafood soaked up a lot of the fishy smell after mixing with the broth. The rice is mixed with quinoa to make it healthier.
