A desert called Jorda

Paanshi is a restaurant located in Dhanmondi Lake side area in Kalabagan, Dhaka. And i was invited at an event there to do photography.
This is a desert we call "Jorda" in our language (Bengali) in Bangladesh. Most often it is served after the dinner or the lunch of any marriage ceremony.
It's made by:
boiled rice + sugar + few fruit flavour + food color + yogurt + saffron + golab jamoons + and few more ....i have no real idea anymore.. but it's tastes really sweet :)
N.B: (any Bangladeshi cook - please help me out defining the ingredients of Jorda!! )
