I used way too many apples, way too much egg noodles and not enough ground turkey. Turned out not too bad, but I'm kind of sick of it now that I've got two of these casserole dishes full of it to finish off.

It is fun to cook but a pain to cook for one. You always end up making too much. Well at least I do. Which is why I often just have cereal for dinner.
