"Blue" Berry Cake
Made for Zaar World Tour III by Michelle.
The finished cake sunk quite a bit in the center. We may try it again (after eating the evidence) in a bundt pan, or perhaps as cupcakes.
This is definitely a case where less is more. The simple recipe made from just butter, flour, sugar, and eggs is flavored with a little vanilla and the (frozen in this case) blueberries. It really doesn't need any other flavors.
