Blueberry Jack Omelette
I've been threatening to order this for a while, and they had blueberries in stock and the kitchen didn't have much to do. The reaction from the cooks was pretty good, and the girls mostly couldn't believe I was actually going to eat that.
It was good, but I think that when I order it again it needs something more. I was wondering if venison might do the trick, but Leroys isn't likely to ever have any on hand. A pot roast like the taquito filling they have around on Tuesdays might work...
For the record, I ate the whole thing; except for the tastes I gave to Tabi and Shal who were the only people in the place brave enough to sample it.
