20 minutes, scissors (the orange ones), a pocket knife and masking tape... and boredom thrown in. Ultimately I now have an iPod dock =)

... and yes that is a 24" iMac... I refuse to pay $30 for a dock because i can make one myself, but I can't make a 24" iMac myself =)
