Omelette. Mmmmmm...
So...I got hungry for dinner with the wife gone to a party, and I didn't want the salmon croquettes I'd made yesterday (I had some for lunch earlier). I needed something fast, easy, cheap and tasty. This was the result.
Now, I know it may not look too polished, but, believe me, it was durn good eatin'. Lurking within that fluffy egg is chopped mushrooms, diced onions and, best of all, cheeeeeeese.
My arteries are hatin' me, but my taste buds sure are happy.
