Mmmm...biscuit!
Round 3 of the biscuit-making adventures went quite well. I used this recipe, as kindly provided by romanlily, and man, it was full of win.
They were soft, and flaky and fluffy...and just the right amount of sweet. Oh man, they were good.
Will definitely try this recipe again. Oh, words of advice. Floured countertop > waxed paper for kneading and tin can > glass for cutting.
