Day 015: Amish Cake
So I spent the whole day buried at work and at about the time I was lamenting I'd never get to leave, a co-worker reminded me that today is Day 10, baking day for the Amish bread starter he gave me two doses of. So when i did finally get home in the chilly foggy dark, I put on my apron and mixed up a double batch of batter. Not entirely happy with how it came out but I'm willing to take the blame for that, I had to make some adaptations. At this point, I'm not even confident enough to give the output away so any I can't choke down I'm going to have to throw. You're looking at about 1/4 the output.
