pasta salmone
you need
- colored pasta
- fresh or frozen salmon
- cherry tomatoes
- green onions (frühlingszwiebeln)
- paprika
- celery
- garlic
- basil
- oregano
this is how we do it
- boil water for the pasta, cook pasta according to instructions
- cut vegetables: cherry tomatoes, green onions, celery, paprika, garlic
- cut the fresh or frozen salmon in small bits, spice up with pepper and salt
- fry the salmon in enough hot olive oil until it looks crispy
- take the salmon out of the pan
- fry garlic, celery and green onions for some time
- then add rest of vegetables
- cook for some moments, then add salmon
- add salt, pepper, basil and oregano to own taste
- if the pasta is ready, add pasta to the vegetables
- serve with grated cheese (parmesano)
