Bubbling Cranberries
Jill was in Norway for Thanksgiving, and I didn't want her to miss out. So last night we prepared a Thanksgiving (part 2) feast. I had never made cranberry sauce before. It's surprisingly easy. One bag of fresh cranberries, one cup of water, and one cup of sugar. Boil water and sugar, add cranberries, boil altogether for about 10 minutes and cool. It was delicious.
