opah not oprah

picked up some Opah today at the recommendation of the fish guy. fantastic fish, was in steak form and cooks like a swordfish or shark but totally different. was very juicy and had a very clean and yummy flavor. i recommend it.
My wife made up some tasty pineapple+ginger+cilantro relish that went great with this tropical fish
