Recchiuti Confections offers sublime confections handmade in San Francisco. The Parisian-inspired shop, softly lit with hand-blown Murano lamps and appointed with apothecary jars and antique glass cake stands, is nationally renowned for its full line of fine artisan chocolates. Confections are available loose and in beautiful packaging, including special gift containers from the U.S. and abroad. Recchiuti Confections was founded in 1997 by the husband and wife team of Michael and Jacky Recchiuti. Michael, a chocolate and confectionery visionary, melds classic French technique with his signature distinctive flavors such as fresh lavender, lemon verbena or tarragon— inspirations often come from the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. Jacky oversees packaging and design. While many Recchiuti Confections products may be ordered online, this shop is a must-visit destination for chocolate lovers.
