Grand Canyon Nat. Park: Kolb Brothers Exhibit Panel 06

An Enduring Enterprise

The Kolb brothers are Grand Canyon legends, known for their pioneering spirits and treasure trove of photographs. Ellsworth and Emery arrived at the South Rim in the dawning years of the 20th century, before the Grand Canyon was designated a National Park. Stories of their adventures, their family, and their enduring photography business on the rim of the canyon are told for the first time in exhibit form and displayed in their historic studio. Exhibit is open through September 4, 2012..

Presented by the Grand Canyon Association, Northern Arizona University’s Cline Library Special Collections and Archives, and Grand Canyon National Park. Additional funding is provided by Pink JeepTours, Las Vegas and Sedona, and Ms. Penny Schultz.
