Drying muscats
Dangley's seeking-out a 25mm hole-saw or spade bit for me (I'm replacing my door latches if you must know and I need to widen the bores). I was taken with the sunlight through his drying (fermenting?) muscat grapes (Anyone remember that scene from Apocalypse Now with Marlon Brando rambling about the same subject). The day was one of those perfectly still, clear sunny early Autumn Canberra days. The Muscats are a really flavoursome, sweet grape but have thick skins and several large seeds.
The crappy phone camera strikes again, but copes reasonably well in the bright scene.
